Joint Probability: Independent Events

Let E designate a dominant allele in horses producing a black coat color and e represent the recessive, such that ee is chestnut. Also, let T represent the dominant allele for Tobiano spotting and t represent the recessive allele for solid coat color, such that tt is solid color.

The genotypic and phenotypic relationships are:
E_T_       Black and spotted
E_tt       Solid black
eeT_       Chestnut and spotted
eett       Solid chestnut

Fill in the expected probabilities for each of the matings and phenotypes. Answers should be rounded to the nearest thousandth.

Choose a mating:
  Eett x Eett
  F1 x Solid chestnut
  Eett x EeTT
  F1 x F1

Select phenotype:

Black and spotted
Solid black
Chestnut and spotted
Solid chestnut
