Basic Dairy Nutrition Course |
Basic Dairy Nutrition was taught in June 2001 as a partnership between the Dairy Management Group at Cornell University and Miner Institute. The course was held at Miner Institute in Chazy, NY, and attracted 50 participants from the Northeastern US, Canada, Europe, and Japan. This CD contains all of the PowerPoint slides and handouts provided for all of the topics presented in the course in Acrobat (pdf) format. Topics include:
