The dairy industry is going through a really tough time. At some point the cycle will oscillate and a different economic environment will exist. Then and now, important financial decisions are made on an almost continuous basis.
How should these decisions be made?
How should spending be prioritized?
Which change or investment makes the most economic sense?
Should any short term, “survival mode” practices be implemented?
