A block of overnight rooms have been reserved at the DoubleTree (formerly the Wyndham) at the rates of $112/single and $115/double occupancy until 5:00 P.M., October 1. After this date, space will be on an “if available” basis only and normal Rack Rates will apply. Call the DoubleTree direct at 315-432-0200, or DoubleTree Central Reservations at 800-222-8733 and identify yourself as a participant of the Cornell Nutrition Conference to receive negotiated rates. You can also make room reservations on-line through the DoubleTree’s web site: www.syracuse.doubletree.com. Enter dates of arrival & departure under “Check Availability”. Click Go. Then check your dates & room type preferences. Under “Special Accounts” type COR in the Group/Convention Code box. Press continue. Rates / room type selections will be shown. Please make a room type selection. Press continue. Fill in Guest Information and credit card number. Press Book Now. An email confirmation will be sent. A limited number of overnight rooms have also been blocked at the Holiday Inn - Carrier Circle at the rate of $100 single/double. Call the Holiday Inn directly at 800-431-2761 or central reservations at 800-465-4329 and use the group code COR/Cornell Nutrition Conference to receive the negotiated rate.
Parking/Local Transportation
Unlimited free parking is available for hotel guests. The hotel is located in East Syracuse, detailed directions are available on the conference web-site and at the DoubleTree web-site www.syracuse.doubletree.com. Complimentary transportation is available to/from the Syracuse Hancock International Airport. A courtesy phone is located at ground transportation.
