Overview

Cornell Dairy Executive Program (CDEP) is a unique, educational opportunity for progressive dairy executives. The program is designed to provide dairy executives and agriservice personnel the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the leadership and management skills necessary to run a successful dairy in this millennium.

CDEP provides a forum and network of producers who will lead the dairy industry. CDEP participants learn from some of the nation’s leading experts through a series of three multi-day sessions over a 12-month period.

With input and support from producers and agriservice, this program is designed to enhance understanding of the fast-changing dairy industry. By coming to this program, you will continue to develop the necessary leadership and business management skills to lead your dairy business into the future.

After attending this class you will have developed:

  • Leadership and management skills
  • A comprehensive self-evaluation of your business
  • A network of dairy executives
