Thursday, March 29, 2012 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Conference breaks and evening receptions will be held in the Convention Center to maximize interaction with attendees.
All exhibit booths will be pre-assigned by tradeshow staff. Space includes a 6’ draped and skirted table, two chairs, and an identification sign. All booths, regardless of size, have 3’ sidewalls finished with drapes and an identification sign. Back drape is 8’ high.
Electrical Service and Internet Access
A 120 volt (single phase, 15 amps) outlet is provided at no charge to all exhibitors upon request. If additional electrical service is required, please contact Heather Darrow at firstname.lastname@example.org as additional fees may apply.
Complimentary wireless internet is available in the convention center. Hardwire connections are available at $100 each upon request.
Tuesday, March 27, 2012 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We encourage all vendors to be completed with setup by 7:00 a.m. on March 28.
Exhibits should be installed so that they will not project beyond the space allocated and will permit a clear view from booth to booth.
Thursday, March 29, 2012 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Any freight that is left on the show site floor that was not pre-contracted with tradeshow decorator for return shipping will be picked up and handled by Northeast Decorating. Exhibitor will be charged accordingly for outgoing drayage service. See Material Handling section for further information.
The Holiday Inn Syracuse-Liverpool cannot accept trade show deliveries until the day of trade show setup (March 27). Any shipments arriving at the Holiday Inn on March 27 must be able to fit through a standard single door. Outbound return shipments MUST be picked up March 29 and exhibitor is responsible for making shipping arrangements.
Alternatively, Northeast Decorating, the tradeshow decorator, can handle the receiving and storing of all your materials prior to March 27 and can also return shipments after the show. Arrangements must be made between exhibitor and Northeast Decorating.
