Current Responsibilities and Interests:  My Human Resource Management program addresses, to varying degrees, all related subject areas.  Special emphasis is devoted to the areas of special interest noted above.  Because development of local producer discussion groups is such an effective educational method, I provide special assistance to producers, educators and agriservice professionals interested in developing and maintaining discussion groups.

County based educators are my closest and most direct link to New York State dairy producers. As such, I strive to help them meet the human resource management needs they see across the State. This assistance consists of providing technical information as well as moral, physical and financial support.
