FeedForm is a Microsoft Access data base set up to formulate diets based upon the substitution method. It is copyright (c) 2006 by Michael L. Thonney, but permission is granted to distribute the present version free of charge. No fee of any kind may be charged. None of the forms, queries, reports or Visual Basic code may be used as the basis for a commercial product without the author's permission. Microsoft Access is required to run the program. Use of this software is at the risk of the user. The author is not responsible for any use that results in damages of any kind.
To learn about the program, view the documentation.
To use FeedForm, download the FeedForm zip file. Then, unzip the file and extract the feedform.mdb file and the FeedFormDoc directory to any directory (create a new one, if you wish). Click on the file name to run the program.
The suggested levels for minimum pfNDF and maximum NSCHO are best estimates and may be revised frequently as more data are available.
Note: To work on multiple diets, keep a copy of FeedForm for each diet. FeedForm can be copied using Windows Explorer (part of Microsoft Windows) and then renamed to reflect each diet. |
